DRYING BOOTS IN A CLOTHES DRYER

Have ya ever came back home with a pair of wet boots? How long did it take to dry'em out? A long, long time, right? Well, you wanna know how to dry'em out a lot faster?

First undo half the boot laces, put'em all together and tie one big ol'knot near the end of the laces. Then open up your clothes dryer, place the boots inside of it keeping the big ol'knot outside the door near the top and then close the dryer door shut.

If they're pretty soak & wet, place the dryer on "high" for only about an hour so they won't become too hot or they could become too dried out and damaged. But then after an hour, put the temperture on "medium" and then keep checking on them every 15 minutes until they're pretty dried out.

WARNING: if you screw up by taking a short such just toss'em in the dryer, putting it on "high" and then walk away and forget about'em for a few hours. I guarantee you'll damage your boots by causing them to become too dried out and they could fall apart on you unexpectedly the next time you're out in the boonies. Trust me, I KNOW, it happened to me one time, so learn by my mistakes and NOT YOURS.

IMPORTANT: When you first switch on the dryer and should you hear some "thumping sounds." This means your boots are "rubbing & banging" against the revolving cylinder. Immediately stop the dryer, remove the boots, untie and retie another knot a little bit closer to the boots so they'll be positioned in the center of the revolving cylinder and won't rub or bang against it.
